Hi Everyone,
I have just been on the phone with Senator Trish Crossin in regards to the Senate Inquiry that tabled it's recommendations on Donor Conception last year. She is trying to get a meeting with the new Attorney General Nicola Roxon in the next few weeks and she says that we all need to write to Nicola Roxon to let he know that we need something done about the rights of donor conceived people to access information on their donors.
When Robert McClelland was Attorney General he raised the issue at the standing committee of attorneys general (SCAG) which has all the AGs from each state but they could not agree on what was needed to be done.
We all need to let Nicola Roxon know that the issue must be dealt with that all donor conceived people must have the right of access to identifying information on their donors just like in adoption.
Please write to her:
The Hon. Nicola Roxon
Attorney General
PO Box 6022
House of Representatives
Parliament House
Canberra ACT 2600

If you need help with what to write feel free to contact me at
