Issue 2, 2012 (which I think is the current one), has an article on a donor offspring who met her donor father, who just happened to be her doctor (small world).
I haven't seen the article yet.

That's good! I got my wife to ask her obs doctor (he meets the criteria) if he donated sperm and he said he didn't and didn't really remember much about it from that time.

My small world moment along the same lines, is my wifes ObGyn who delivered our two children was a registrar performing insemminations at the hospital my mum went to.
So there is a chance he had a hand in creating me too.
But we didn't know this until after our 2 children were born and he saw me in the paper, and mentioned it to my wife. We have since talked about it.
