While I am sure there will be an appeal made by the attorney general, and I recognise the massive cost in undertaking such action, I hope that more people around the world take their cases to court.
(although having such things as a charter of rights as was applicable in this instance applying in your jurisdiction is important, ie the legal grounds to be successful)
