Just to update those that are interested.
I contacted the health department to find out if there was any funding in the current budget for voluntary register.
Unfortunately they are unable to fund one while they still haven't changed the legislation guaranteeing donor anonymity.
Given that it has been 8 years since the SACRT recommended these changes it is very easy to view this as the govt dragging their feet as they do not see it as getting votes per dollar spent.

Hi Adam,

anything is possible and I have thought about that in the past.
But anything is just speculation nothing more nothing less.
After all I have had just as negative communications from people that have nothing to with DC.
